A Digital Note represents a fractional interest in a Florida Trust-backed real estate loan. Each certificate corresponds to 1 sq ft equivalent of secured lien value.
All funds are secured by a recorded lien on the property, but as with all lending and investing, risks remain. Repayments depend on borrower performance.
The borrower pays a 10% annual rate to the Trust. Certificate holders may receive distributions based on repayments.
Redemption may be available through a liquidity pool funded by 10% of Digital Note sales. Availability is not guaranteed.
Flip Your Paycheck LLC administers the Trust and acts as Trustee. All disbursements, repayments, and lien enforcement are handled per the Trust Agreement.
Digital Notes may be tradable on open Digital Asset markets or redeemed through the Trust's liquidity pool. Value may fluctuate based on demand and performance.
