Chicken legs slowly cooked in a rich red gravy with spices, onions, and peppers.
Cabbage, carrots, green beans, chayote squash, bell peppers, celery, spices, and beef slowly cooked.
The two $28 platters (griot, fried chicken, fried plantains, and [fried turkey was substituted with double portions of griot]) were neatly presented and served in a big aluminum tray.
It was very delicious. It was ordered for the staff and I at a nursing home. Everyone was licking their fingers and inquiring about the name of the restaurant.
